Well, here we are....the last full week of school before Christmas break! Who would have thought we would have made it this far face to face! I have just a few small things to update you on before we go home on break next week.

Here is a short run down of our week

 

Monday-normal day (student projects-Christmas around the world)

Tuesday-normal day (student projects-Christmas around the world)

Wednesday-school wide Christmas rotations in the a.m./class movie in the p.m. If your student would like to bring a drink with a lid and a snack for the movie they can. I am sure they will not let you forget! :)

Thursday-5th Gingerbread houses with me during L.A. /Santa visits

Friday-Secret Santa gift exchange in a.m./Pizza Hut personal pan pizza & pop for all kids at OES for lunch, and Bingo at the Knights of Columbus Hall from 1-3.

That is our week in a nutshell....with a lot of craziness intermixed I am sure!

Last but not least, I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU to all of YOU!! These kids are amazing, and the support you have shown me this year is very much appreciated. I know I say this a lot, but what an incredible place to work...Amazing kids and parents....you just can't beat it! I feel like I have asked for a lot from all of you this month between digital pictures, gingerbread stuff and Secret Santa gifts, and I want you all to know how much I appreciate you!! Parents are the ones who truly make special kids and special opportunities that I am able to carry out in the classroom. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and are able to enjoy special time with your families this holiday season!
